Girls Like Me, Inc. is a trauma-informed empowerment organization that helps girls and women heal seriously, not hurt silently. We serve survivors of domestic violence, childhood trauma, grief, anxiety, and generational pain through creative expression, mentorship, and community connection.
Our work sits at the intersection of mental health, empowerment, and purpose development — giving women and girls tools to not just survive, but to become productive members of society again.
Monday Night raW is our unfiltered conversation space where real life meets real healing. We tackle relationships, identity, emotional maturity, communication, femininity, leadership, trauma responses, self-worth, boundaries, and the hard truths many women were taught to survive but never taught to heal from. It’s raw, reflective, honest, and accountability-driven — a judgment-free space where women can unpack life without performance.
WARship Wednesday is a deeper spiritual and emotional reset for women navigating internal battles, emotional wounds, stress, grief, insecurity, fear, and spiritual fatigue. Through prayer, discussion, reflection, and practical wisdom, women are encouraged to confront what’s warring against their peace, purpose, confidence, and healing. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about learning how to heal seriously instead of hurt silently.
Both experiences are rooted in the Girls Like Me mission of G.R.E.E.T.
