Girls Like Me, Inc. is a trauma-informed empowerment organization that helps girls and women heal seriously, not hurt silently. We serve survivors of domestic violence, childhood trauma, grief, anxiety, and generational pain through creative expression, mentorship, and community connection.
Our work sits at the intersection of mental health, empowerment, and purpose development — giving women and girls tools to not just survive, but to become productive members of society again.
Trauma-Informed Healing Programs: Group sessions, creative workshops, and safe spaces that allow participants to process experiences and rebuild emotional resilience.
G.I.R.L.S. and E.M.B.R.A.C.E. Mentorship: (Genuine, Inspiational, Rare, Lovely, and Strong) (Empowered Mentors Building Resilience and Confidence Everyday)— a faith-based mentoring programs that connects survivors, mentors, and youth through monthly sessions, journaling, and real-life application.
Girls Like Me UMR (Unboxed Ministry Room): A digital healing series using the O.A.T.H. triage method — Observe, Assess, Treat, Heal — offering faith-based strategies for emotional, mental, and spiritual recovery.
🌸 InHERit Women’s Empowerment Experience: Our annual signature dinner and healing activation event that celebrates the strength, beauty, and rebirth of women who have overcome adversity.
Emerald Flame Center (Coming Soon): A community healing hub offering counseling, financial literacy, leadership development, and trauma-informed certifications for women, girls, and families.
